PD-3007.

The petitioner submits that he has filed representation before the Director, Industries, Government of Bihar, Patna for issuance of appropriate direction for restoration of power supply.

In my view, the petitioner should approach the appropriate authority with his representation. In case such representation is filed before the appropriate authority, the latter would dispose of the same within a period of six weeks thereof Shashi.
