Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case filed under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 47 of the Excise Act.

It is contended that as per the allegation, petitioner came with the motorcycle and two litters of "toddy" were found, however, the petitioner managed to escape but from the tool box of the motorcycle, documents were recovered showing his identity.
