The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Pachrukhi P.S. Case No. 117 of 2021 registered for the offence under Sections 30 (a), 41 (i) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Taking into consideration, recovery has been made from open place and same cannot be attributed to the petitioners and offence under Section 30 (a) is not made out against the petitioners, I am inclined to grant benefit of anticipatory bail to the above named petitioners and in the event of arrest they shall be released on bail, subject to the conditions as laid down under
