JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 10-10-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Jadia P.S. Case No. 98 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 448, 379, 307, 504, 506, 427 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

In the written report it is alleged that petitioner No.1 made firing upon the informant but he escaped. The allegation against petitioner No. 2 is that he assaulted Mantu Mehta in his Left Panjara with arrow causing injury to him. Case diary has been received.

The injury report of Mantu Mehta is available in the case diary wherein the Doctor has found one injury on his person which was simple in nature caused by hard and blunt substance
