JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 16-02-2017 By the impugned order dated 28.08.2012 passed in Criminal Revision No. 99 of 2012, the learned Sessions Judge has allowed an application filed by the complainant for the purpose of producing evidence in Complaint Case No. C1/16/04 (Trial No. 671/12). The said order is being assailed in the present proceeding on the ground that learned Judicial Magistrate had rightly closed the evidence as the complainant had failed to produce any evidence despite several opportunities given. However, from the impugned order passed by learned Sessions Judge, I find that learned Sessions Judge has asked the learned Judicial Magistrate to allow reasonable adjournment for production of evidence after charge. The said order cannot be said to be wholly illegal requiring this Court's interference in

Patna High Court CR. REV. No.966 of 2014 (4) dt.16-02-2017 2/2 revisional jurisdiction.

There is no merit in this application. This application is, accordingly, dismissed.
