The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 467, 468, 471, 419, 420, 406, 409 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code. The gist of the allegation is that in the scheme of 12/2008-09, some interpolation was made by the members of the Panchayat Samiti in the MANREGA scheme.

Submission is that the petitioner was not member in the year 2008-09 and the learned APP did not point out any material to show that the petitioner was member of Panchayat Samiti during the execution of the scheme 12/2008-09. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.47860 of 2015 (3) dt.30-11-2015 2/2 below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa in Bihara P.S. Case No. 117 of 2011, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
