2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 304 (B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code .
3 . It is a case of dowry death . Allegation against these petitioners that they along with other co-accused person killed the daughter of informant due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry .
4. Petitioner No. 1 is father-in-law and petitioner No. 2 is mother-in-law of the deceased. Petitioner are victims of over implications. They are separate in mess and property. There
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.44548 of 2024(3) dt.04-09-2024 2/2 is no specific allegation is alleged against them and they have no concern with the affairs of couple . Thrust of accusation is against the husband of the deceased who is already in custody since 04.06.2024 . Petitioners claim clean antecedent. 5 . Learned counsel for the State opposes the bail petition .

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, let this petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM 1st Danapur in connection with Bihta P . S. Case No . 98 of 2024 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure .
