Petitioners seek bail in Rampur Chouram P.S. Case No.07 of 2019 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 302, 201/34 Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Counsel for the petitioners submits that there is no eye witness to the occurrence.
It is alleged that the informant received information in the night that his son has been shot dead while seeing the dance programme in another village. The informant went to place of occurrence and learnt that these petitioners along with other accused as named in the written report have committed occurrence.

Petitioners are in custody since 01.04.2019.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioners for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 1st, Arwal, in connection with Rampur Chouram P.S.
