The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Kako (Bhelawar O.P.) P.S. Case No. 117 of 2020, instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 325, 354, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.41173 of 2020(2) dt.23-06-2021 2/3 Code.

The petitioners as well as the informant are agnates and with respect to the same occurrence, two F.I.Rs. were lodged. In the other F.I.R. also, the petitioners have been made accused but they are on police bail. The accusation against the petitioners is of general and omnibus nature and it further appears from the F.I.R. that there is a dispute between the parties with respect to a plot of land.

Except for the offence under Section 354 of the I.P.C., it has been urged on behalf of the petitioners, all the offences are bailable.

Regard being had to the facts afore-stated, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of eight weeks, are directed to be released on bail on their furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 1st Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad, in connection with Kako (Bhelawar
