Sahay =========================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 12-07-2017 Keeping in view the compliance reported by the respondents vide show cause filed on 11.07.2017, it is seen that in pursuance to the order passed by the Writ Court in C.W.J.C. No. 19869 of 2012 vide order dated 05.11.2012, petitioner has been reinstated in service and the arrears of salary amounting to Rs. 6,16,673/- as is evident from annexures and receipts filed along with the same, has been paid. The amount, if not actually tendered to the petitioner be tendered and deposited in his bank account within a period of fifteen days.

In case, the petitioner has any grievance with regard to the arrear has been calculated, liberty shall be available to the petitioner to claim further grievance, in accordance with law. With the above, the application stands disposed of.
