The sole petitioner, apprehending his arrest in connection with Daniyawa P.S. Case No. 147 of 2015 registered for the offence under section 341, 323, 504, 506, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code, has prayed for grant of anticipatory bail. It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that save and except section 379 of the Indian Penal Code all the offences are bailable and in the F.I.R. itself the informant has stated that after occurrence he left the place and subsequently he returned and thereafter F.I.R. was lodged. It has been stated in paragraph no. 3 of the petition that petitioner is having clean

Keeping in view the nature of accusation and clean antecedent of the petitioner , in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the petitioner Chhotu Kumar be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand ) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Jagin Jamal, Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Patnacity / concerned court in connection with Daniyawa P.S. Case No. 147 of 2015 subject to the conditions as contemplated under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
