JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 12-02-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Sathi P.S. Case No. 67 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 413, 414, 467, 468, 471 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 30(a), 30(b)and 30(c) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. In the instant case total 30 litres of country made liquor was seized.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 30.09.2020, on remand. He further submits that other co-accused have been granted bail by different co-ordinate Benches of this Court.

Considering the fact that other co-accused have been granted bail, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees
