====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SATYAVRAT VERMA ORAL ORDER 28-08-2024 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Special PP for the Vigilance, Mr. Arvind Kumar.

2. The defects as pointed out by the office is ignored.

3. The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120(B) of the IPC in connection with Rajgir P.S. Case No.597 of 2023.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is a person with clean antecedent and has been falsely implicated in the instant case by the informant. It is next submitted that in sum and substance the allegation against the petitioner is that she was appointed as a teacher based on fake certificate, but then it is submitted that the FIR came to be instituted based on inquiry conducted behind her back, it is submitted that had the petitioner been given an opportunity to

5. The learned Special P.P. opposes the anticipatory bail application.

6. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner above-named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks, is directed to be released on bail on her furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Rajgir P.S. Case No.597 of 2023, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.

7. The application stands allowed.
