This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Kanti P.S. Case No. 58/2017, disclosing offences under Sections 467, 468, 471, 420 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is said to have obtained employment on the basis of forged Teachers Eligibility Test certificate. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has already been discharged from the employment. He has also submitted that the petitioner being a lady, there is no likelihood of fleeing from the course of investigation during the trial.

Considering the above submission, this application is

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46276 of 2017 (2) dt.07-11-2017 2/2 allowed.

Let the petitioner above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate (West), Muzaffarpur, in connection with Kanti P.S. Case No. 58/2017, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

This is subject to the condition that the petitioner shall present herself before the police/Court, as the case may be, as and when required and in the event of failure on her part to appear before the Court on two consecutive occasions, her bail bond shall be liable to be cancelled.
