The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 288, 241, 323, 324, 307, 353, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 51(B), 56 and 57 of the N.D.M. Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a person with clean antecedent and is a young boy of 20 years of age and the informant, who is S.H.O., alleges that two groups were having altercation, on which the informant reached the place of occurrence where he saw that both groups were carrying weapons, stones and bricks and when he tried to pacify the accused persons they disobeyed his order. Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.42482 of 2022(2) dt.13-12-2022 2/2 petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case, it is next submitted that from bare perusal of allegations as alleged in the FIR, it would manifest that the allegations are general and omnibus in nature.

Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Shakurabad P.S. Case No. 88 of 2020 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
