JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 22-01-2019 Vide order dated 04.01.2019, this Court has granted two weeks' time on account of operation in the eyes of Mr. Uday Bhanu Rai, claiming that he will argue this case.
Patna High Court CWJC No.13982 of 2010(8) dt.22-01-2019 2/3 The case was again listed on 21.01.2019 but no one from the side of the petitioner was present, whereas the learned counsel for the respondents were present and this Court in specific term has recorded that if the petitioner would remain absent on the next appointed date, this Court will pass the order on the merit of the case. Today also, no one appears for the petitioner.
In the present case, an advertisement was published for selection/recruitment of Trade Demonstrator-cumElectrician. The petitioner applied for the said post but he has not been selected on the ground that he did not have practical experience in the trade against which he has applied, whereas he has an experience of Senior Electrician (Plant Maintenance) which is not the trade against which he has applied for the post of Trade Demonstrator-cum-Electrician and on that account, the petitioner has not been appointed as Trade Demonstrator-cumElectrician. Since learned counsel for the petitioner is absent, there is no resistance from the side of the petitioner with regard to the decision taken by the State refusing to appoint him as Trade Demonstrator-cum-Electrician.
Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed on the
Patna High Court CWJC No.13982 of 2010(8) dt.22-01-2019 3/3 aforesaid ground.
