A Division Bench of this Court has already held and declared that issues relating to Panchayat Shiksha Mitra appointment, whether its legality or otherwise, cannot be reopened any more, especially since by a deeming fiction they all became Panchayat Teacher w.e.f. 01.07.2006.

In view of the same, the allegation of the petitioner that Respondent No. 9 had obtained employment on forged kind of certificate of Intermediate may not be required to be opened.
