The petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under section 135 of the Indian Electricity Act.

Petitioner was found committing theft of electrical energy by hooking wire in the L. T. line and thereby petitioner caused loss to the Electricity Board to the tune of Rs.2,63,064/-. Petitioner was running flour mill.

It is submitted that the petitioner was not apprehended on the spot. The allegation is false. Having considered the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40510 of 2015 (2) dt.05-10-2015 connection with Khusrupur P.S. case No. 205 of 2014 pending in the court of Sri A.K. Rai, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna City. This application for grant of anticipatory bail is, accordingly, rejected.
