JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 10-08-2016 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. This application has been filed for modification of the order, dated 14.07.2016, whereby the petitioner has been granted privilege of anticipatory bail in connection with Sheohar Police Station Case No. 20 of 2016. While granting the said privilege, the Court had taken into account the stand taken on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is ready to pay to the informant a sum of Rs. 2,25,000/-, which the petitioner had taken as friendly loan from the informant.

This application has been filed seeking modification to the extent that in stead of payment of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33378 of 2016 (2) dt.10-08-2016 2/2 said total amount, installments may be fixed. The application, in my view, is frivolous and is, accordingly, dismissed.
