The petitioner seeks bail in Rafiganj P.S. case No. 31 of 2011 registered under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that prayer of petitioner for bail was earlier rejected by this court vide order dated 12.05.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 12620 of 2017 with an observation that the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after remaining one year in custody. It is submitted that petitioner is in jail since 23.08.2016. The petitioner has already remained in jail for about 13 and half months. Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.47075 of 2017 (2) dt.04-10-2017 2/2 bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VI, Aurangabad in connection with Rafiganj P.S. case No. 31 of 2011 (G.R. No. 357 of 2011/ Tr. No. 1369 of 2017).
