JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 08-10-2018 The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Ara Nawada P.S. Case No. 146 of 2018, registered for offences punishable under Sections 414, 419, 420/34 of Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner that he was arrested along with stolen motorcycle.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he has taken the motorcycle from the co-accused without having knowledge that the said motorcycle is the stolen one. Further he has no criminal antecedent and has been in judicial custody since 01.03.2018.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, considering the fact and circumstances of the case and also the criminal antecedent of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55920 of 2018 (3) dt.08-10-2018 petitioner, at this stage, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. However, once the petitioner completes one more month from the date of this order in judicial custody, the court below shall release the petitioner on bail to his own satisfaction.
