Misc. no. 44500/2015 in place of Sri S.K.Roy, it has wrongly been typed as Sri R.K.Roy and the same defect has occurred in order dated 24.9.2015. Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in the prayer portion of the petition within course of the day and similarly, in order dated 24.9.2015 in place of Sri R.K.Roy, it be read as Sri S.K.Roy.

Accordingly, the above stated order dated 24.9.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 44500/2015 stands modified to the above stated extent.

Let this order be communicated to Sri S.K.Roy, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Jhanjharpur district Madhubani in Laukahi P.S. Case no. 148/2015.
