The petitioner is in custody since 20.05.2017 in connection with K.Hat (Madhubani) P.S.Case No. 350 of 2016 registered under Sections 406,420, 467 and 468 of the Indian Penal Code.

In view of the fact that the complainant and the petitioner have entered into compromise,let, above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Purnea in connection with K.Hat P.S.Case No. 350 of 2016.
