The petitioner is in custody in connection with Special Case No. 4498 of 2019, arising out of Masaurhi P.S. Case No. 350 of 2019, for the offenses under Sections 30(a) 30(d) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. In the instant case 15 ltrs of Mahua wine was seized from a Tempo, of which the petitioner is owner. The petitioner is in custody since 09.05.2019.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, and he has remained in custody since 09.05.2019, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Let the
