Learned counsel for the petitioner is expected to honour his undertaking given in the instant case for depositing the requisite court fee and to remove the defects as pointed out by the office when called upon to do so by the office.

The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged by the informant that the petitioner

No.38772 of 2020(2) dt.21-10-2021 2/3 along with other co-accused persons came at the door of the informant and started assaulting the labourers and other staffs who were working in the house of the informant. The petitioner is alleged to have assaulted with lathi on the head of Rahul Kumar.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is agnate of the informant and at earlier point of time the petitioner's side filed a case against the informant's side being Ranitalab P.S. Case No. 124 of 2020, hence, in order to mount pressure upon the petitioner's side, this false case has been lodged. Moreover, the injuries have been found to be simple in nature.

In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
