2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(2), 109(1), 75, 352, 351(2), 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. As per prosecution case, on 27.03.2026 at 9 AM, all the accused persons named in the F.I.R. including these petitioners came at the door of informant and assaulted him. Petitioner no. 1 is alleged to have assaulted on the head of informant with iron rod, whereas, petitioner no. 2 & 3 assaulted him with Lathi, causing injuries to him and when other family members came to save informant, they were also assaulted.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that due to land dispute and old enmity, Maarpeet took place between the parties, in which, both sides sustained injuries. Case and counter case. Injuries, caused by these petitioners, are simple in nature.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. - VI, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Shikarpur P.S. Case No. 414 of 2026, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
