2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case, registered for offence punishable under Sections 64, 123, 351(2),(3) of the B.N.S., 2023 and Sections 66C & 67 of the Information Technology Act.

3. Informant alleged that this petitioner entered in her house and forcibly made her to drink Sprite (cold drink), which was mixed with intoxicated substance, due to which, she became senseless and this petitioner made some photo and video of informant. Informant further alleged that after some time, co-accused Kamlesh Kumar came and started blackmailing her after showing her said photo and video and also established physical relation with her.

4. The victim (informant), in her statement recorded under Sections 180 & 183 of B.N.S.S., has supported the prosecution case and also stated that this petitioner along with co-accused Kamlesh Kumar secretly recorded her video while she was bathing in the year 2022 and posted it on social media and also sent this video to her in-laws members. Petitioner has got one criminal antecedent.

5. Considering the nature of accusation and criminal antecedent, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner is rejected.
