The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a women with clean antecedent and is sister-in-law of the informant and the informant alleges that on 04.10.2019, his aunt called him and informed that his wife had left the house on pretext of withdrawing money from bank but she has not returned, it is next alleged that on 08.10.2019, the informant came to his matrimonial home when his sister-in-law (sister of the informant's wife) informed that his wife used to talk to one Abhishek and also to one relative on mobile. No.53696 of 2021(2) dt.05-07-2022 2/3 that the sister-in-law informed that the victim asked her also to talk but she did not talk to them and she further disclosed that the caller who used to talk to the victim used to talk about bad things also thus the informant alleges that his wife has been abducted by the persons who were talking to her. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is own sister-in-law of the victim and bhabhi of the informant, it is also submitted that the victim and petitioner used to talk to each other and thus on the basis of suspicion that this petitioner was last seen with the victim, she has been implicated in the present case.
Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.
Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the fact that the petitioner is the sister-in-law of the victim, the petitioner above-named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/successor court in connection with (Sabour) Goradih

In the event, if the petitioner is required for purposes of investigation and is called by the police, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner undertakes that she will cooperate in the investigation.
