This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Sections 467, 468, 471, 420 and 406 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner was Branch Manager of Canara Bank, Barharia, Siwan. Allegation is that from the Bank accounts of two account holders money was withdrawn on the basis of forged cheque. Separate criminal cases were lodged by the account holders and in Barharia P.S. Case No. 209 of 2015 the petitioner has already been allowed anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 31684 of 2016 on 02.09.2016. Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Barharia P.S. Case No. 244 of 2015 to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, VI, Siwan, or successor Court, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code.
