2. Petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs : "(i) To issue a writ in the nature of mandamus or any other writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions commanding respondents for the following. the (ii) To direct the respondent to appoint the petitioner as a Health Supervisor (Known as CLTS) as he has appointed under the scheme of Lohia Health Mission according to the guide line of said State

(iii) To direct the respondent to act according to the guide line of Govt. as per the guide line the person must be posted where he has been appoints.

(iv) To direct the respondent to posted the petitioner as a Health Supervisor Gram Panchayat Raj (Rampur).

(v) And for any other relief or reliefs for which petitioner is legally entitled."

3. This Court is unable to understand whether the petitioner still is Motivator or Health supervisor as the prayer is for his appointment as Health Supervisor (C.L.T.S). However, in his representation to the Deputy Development, Commissioner, Siwan, he has designated himself as C.L.T.S.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he shall be preferring an appropriate petition before the respondent no. 2, the District Magistrate, Siwan in next four weeks for the redressal of his grievance.

5. Granting such liberty to agitate the matter before the respondent no. 2, the writ petition stands disposed of. (Rajiv Roy, J) Prakash/- U
