IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT PATNA

Civil Writ Jurisdiction Case No. 17821 of 2008 ====================================================== Ajay Prasad .... .... Petitioner/s

Versus

The State of Bihar & Ors .... .... Respondent/s ====================================================== Appearance :

For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Deepak Kumar Sinha For the Respondent/s : AC to SC - 11 Mr. Kumar Ravish ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 3.

17-03-2017 Today again, on call, a prayer is being made on behalf of petitioner for granting accommodation. Yesterday, the case was passed over on the prayer of learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned A.C. to Standing Counsel - 11 as well as Sri Kumar Ravish, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent no. 6 & 7/Bihar Public Service Commission submit that the present writ petition is fit to be rejected mainly on the ground that almost for the same relief, earlier the petitioner had filed a writ petition, vide C.W.J.C. No. 7851 of 1998, which stood dismissed by a reasoned order on 02-11-1999 and again, the present writ petition was filed. Be that as it may, since repeatedly prayer for adjournment is being made, there is no reason to accept the same. The prayer for adjournment stands rejected.

The petition stands dismissed due to non-prosecution. (Rakesh Kumar, J.) Anay U
