ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 29-08-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in Khudaganj P.S. Case No. 58 of 2016, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 332, 333, 353 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 133/136 of the R.P. Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there was apparent skirmish in the conduct of Panchayat election. It is further submitted that on account of such political differences, the present petitioners have been named in the FIR. Learned counsel for the petitioners further submits that

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30767 of 2016 (3) dt.29-08-2016 2/2 two other similarly situated co-accused persons, namely Kumar Ashok Vidyarthi and Kumar Anal Vidyarthi have been extended the privilege of anticipatory bail in Cr. Misc. No. 25105/2016 vide order dated 16.06.2016.

Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances and that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent, let the petitioners in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned I/C J.M., Hilsa (Nalanda) in connection with Khudaganj P.S. Case No. 58 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Anjana Mishra, J.) Rakhi U T
