2. This application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking a direction upon the respondent authorities to conclude the S.Tr. No. 147 of 2023 arising out of Piri Bazar P.S. Case No. 49 of 2021.
3. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that out of 11 witnesses, two witnesses have been examined and therefore the direction may be issued for early disposal of the trial of the case.

4. Learned counsel for the State has submitted that the trial is already proceeding.
5. In view of the above submission of the learned counsel for the State, this Court will not give any direction regarding fast track hearing of the case because of huge pendency of the cases in the trial Court.
6. Accordingly, this application is disposed of with a direction to the trial Judge to examine the witnesses as and when they appear and it is made clear that till the witnesses mentioned in the charge-sheet are examined in the trial, the evidence cannot be closed by the prosecution.
