JUSTICE ANJANI KUMAR SHARAN ORAL ORDER 04-01-2022 Heard learned counsel for the appellant, learned Special P.P. for the State as well as learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant through virtual court proceedings. By order dated 07.10.2021, the appellant was granted provisional bail.

Learned Special P.P. for the State as well as learned counsel for the informant opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the appellant by submitting that the appellant along with other accused persons abused the informant and his family members, which is also supported by the witnesses in the case diary.

From perusal of the records and the case diary, it appears that the informant has not chosen to identify or name

Patna High Court CR. APP (SJ) No.3686 of 2021(4) dt.04-01-2022 2/2 such persons who were driving their motorcycles through the crowd but has chosen to name such persons with whom he has definite axe to grind.

Having considered the facts aforesaid, provisional bail granted to the appellant by order dated 07.10.2021 is hereby confirmed.
