2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Fekla P.S. Case No. 15 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 376 and 511 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per allegation, in the night of 07.04.2024, the petitioner forcefully entered into the house of the informant and after locking the door from inside attempted to rape her and also threatened to kill her and her children.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is a person of clean antecedent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He has further submitted that there

5. On the other hand, learned APP has opposed the prayer for bail and has submitted that there is serious allegation against the petitioner to attempt to commit rape on the point of knife. He used to tease the informant before the occurrence.
6. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, I do not think it to be a fit case for bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail is rejected. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) SONALI/- U T
