2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Gwalpara (Arar) P.S. Case No. 253 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 109, 352, 351 and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is alleged to have assaulted the victim.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. There is land dispute between the parties. The petitioner is in custody since 02.03.2025.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State and leanred counsel for the informant have vehemently opposed the prayer

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.45213 of 2025(2) dt.30-07-2025 2/2 for bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Udakishunganj, Madhepura in connection with Gwalpara P.S. Case No. 253 of 2024.
