JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 07-08-2019 Two petitioners had approached this Court by filing the present petition for granting anticipatory bail. Sri Bipin Kumar Sinha, learned Standing Counsel for the Central Bureau of Investigation (for short "C.B.I.") submits that in compliance with earlier order, the C.B.I. has already submitted final report.

By order dated 09.11.2016, in view of peculiar facts and circumstances, this Court had restrained the State Police from filing any report before the court below. Subsequently, by order dated 28.11.2016, while disposing of anticipatory bail petition, this Court had entrusted further investigation to the C.B.I.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28720 of 2016(9) dt.07-08-2019 2/2 In compliance with the order of this Court, the C.B.I. registered a regular case vide F.I.R. No.RC 092 2017 S 0005 of CBI, SCB, Patna dated 05.07.2017 and after conclusion of investigation, final report has already been submitted In view of facts and circumstances, since anticipatory bail petition was earlier disposed of, there is no reason to pass further order.

The record is directed to be consigned.
