Mr.APP ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 08-06-2021 Heard Ms. Rajani Kumari, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Abhay Kumar No. 1, learned APP for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of her arrest in connection with Parsa P. S. Case No. 269 of 2020, instituted for the offence under Section 304(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is the mother-in-law of the deceased and no specific accusation has been levelled against her.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that from the F.I.R. itself, it would appear

The learned counsel for the petitioner has further submitted that the petitioner is a lady of 75 years and does not have any control over the affairs of her son and the deceased (daughter-in-law).

The husband of the deceased is in custody since 07.08.2020.

Considering the afore-stated facts, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, on her furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000 /- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M. - IX, Saran at Chapra, in connection with Parsa P. S. Case No. 269 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
