Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Mahindwara P.S. Case No. 155 of 2020 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504, 379, 34 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

In the nature of allegation as alleged in the FIR, the Court is not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner as informant alleges that the accused persons, including the petitioner surrounded him in auto rickshaw and pulled him out and thereafter assaulted him with iron rod and even took out Rs. 3,000/- from his pocket and on account of assault, he became unconscious and he was brought to the hospital and when he regained consciousness, he got his fardbayan recorded, but subsequently
