Sri Prafull Chandra Jha , learned counsel for the petitioner, has not disputed the submission made by learned counsel for the State, however he makes a prayer for disposal of the present writ petition with indication that if still any grievance exists , the petitioner would be at liberty to avail appropriate remedy.
