The petitioner wants to renew his prayer for pre-arrest bail which was earlier rejected by this Court by order dated 16.07.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 9440 of 2015 on the ground that due to land dispute the petitioner has been falsely implicated, he has got no criminal antecedent, he is the gotia of the informant, the injury report also does not corroborate the prosecution version and the injury reports are procured document and as such the petitioner deserves sympathetic consideration. The learned A.P.P. opposes prayer for bail by submitting that there is no good ground for reconsideration of prayer for bail.

In the facts and circumstances stated above,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49066 of 2015 (2) dt.16-12-2015 2/2 considering the specific allegation attributed against the petitioner and finding no good ground for reconsideration of prayer for prearrest bail of the petitioner, again his prayer for pre-arrest bail stands rejected in connection with Runnisaidpur P.S. Case No. 106 of 2014 pending in the court of C.J.M. Sitamarhi. The petitioner is directed to surrender within two months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order and pray for regular bail then the learned court below shall consider the prayer for regular bail on the ground stated above without being prejudiced by this order.
