Petitioner is accused in connection with Sasaram (T) P.S. Case No.167 of 2016 registered under Sections 411 and 395 of the I.P.C.

Submission is that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. In course of investigation, the name of the petitioner has been surfaced in the confessional statement of co-accused Sunil Rai. Except the confessional statement, there is nothing against the petitioner to show his involvement in the present case. Moreover, petitioner is in custody since 06.04.2016, but since then he has not been put on Test Identification Parade, while the informant has

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Sasaram (T) P.S. Case No.167 of 2016. Out of two sureties, one surety must be parents or close relatives of the petitioner.
