JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 02-06-2021 Heard Mr. Vikram Deo Singh, learned advocate for the petitioners and the learned APP for the State. The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Sasaram (Town) P. S. Case No.311 of 2019, instituted for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 307, 385, 387, 379, 504/ 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Two of the accused persons, namely, Raja and Imran, who are not the petitioners in this application, are alleged to have assaulted the informant and divested him of his personal belongings. The petitioners are said to have assaulted informant

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.39618 of 2020(2) dt.02-06-2021 2/2 with fists and slaps. The informant has received simple injuries. Apart from this, it has been submitted that the accusation against the petitioners is general and omnibus and that also with fists and slaps.

Considering the afore-stated facts, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rs. Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Sasaram (Town) P. S. Case No.311 of 2019, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

The application stands disposed off.
