JUSTICE NAVANITI PRASAD SINGH ORAL ORDER 16-10-2015 Petitioner apprehends arrest in relation to Rupaul P.S. Case No. 174 of 2014 instituted under sections 147, 148, 149, 452, 380, 323, 324, 307, 427 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation is that in the night the petitioner along with Md. Wasi and other came and after sprinkling petrol burnt the house of the informant.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Md. Wasi is the own brother of the informant. The other accused persons are all close relations. He submits that there are serious property dispute between Md. Wasi and the informant and as the other who are not related to the petitioner has given only shelter to Md. Wasi and this story has been concocted after the fire broke at in the locality.
