2. Learned counsel for the petitioner initially submits that he is not confined to the prayer made in paragraph 1(i) of the writ petition and seeks permission to delete the same in course of the day.

3. Permission, as prayed for, is granted. Counsel for the petitioner may do so in course of the day.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the retiral dues and other arrears relating to salary etc. has not been paid to the petitioner till date. In this regard, the petitioner has filed representation before the Director, Bihar Handloom and Handicraft Corporation Ltd, Industries Department, Patna, Bihar (Respondent no. 3). But, even after filing representation, no

Patna High Court CWJC No.10904 of 2026(2) dt.24-07-2026 2/2 decision has been taken by the respondent authority.

5. Learned counsel for the State and Bihar Handloom & Handicraft Corporation submits that the petitioner's representation may be considered.

In the light of submissions made, petitioner is hereby directed to file a fresh representation with all the documents available with him (since matter is very old) before the Director, Bihar Handloom and Handicraft Corporation Ltd, Industries Department, Patna, Bihar (Respondent no. 3) along with a copy of this order, within 30 days from today. Upon receipt of the same, the Respondent no. 3 is directed to pass a reasoned and speaking order within 90 days thereafter.

7. It is made clear that since, petitioner is claiming only his retiral dues, therefore, the Respondent no. 3 in his order shall indicate about the entitlement of the payment and admitted dues. The said admitted dues shall be paid to the petitioner within three months after passing of the final order.

8. Accordingly, with the aforesaid direction, this writ petition stands disposed off.
