Notices were issued in this case in which opposite party no. 2 appeared through Vakalatnama. However, at the time when the case is taken up, there is no representation on his part. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Azimabad P.S. Case No. 70 of 2014 for the offences registered under Sections 406, 420, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the nature of allegation made against the petitioners and that the case is lingering since long and also because there is no clear proof of the amount having been given to the petitioner's side by the opposite party No. 2, let the
