Notices were issued in this case in which opposite party no. 2 appeared through Vakalatnama. However, at the time when the case is taken up, there is no representation on his part. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Azimabad P.S. Case No. 70 of 2014 for the offences registered under Sections 406, 420, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Considering the nature of allegation made against the petitioners and that the case is lingering since long and also because there is no clear proof of the amount having been given to the petitioner's side by the opposite party No. 2, let the

No.47816 of 2015 (7) dt.15-12-2016 petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of S.D.J.M. Ara, in connection with Azimabad P.S. Case No. 70 of 2014 (Tr. No. 6365 of 2015) subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
