JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 01-08-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in Araria P. S. Case No. 672 of 2016 (G.R. No. 3270 of 2016) instituted for the offences under sections 379/411 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per written report, informant had kept his Super splendor motorcycle in the Araria Sadar Hospital premises which was stolen by the unknown miscreants along with the original papers.

In the impugned order it has been mentioned by the 1st learned Additional Sessions Judge, Araria that the petitioner has himself made a confession before the police and on the basis of his

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35439 of 2017 (2) dt.01-08-2017 2/2 confession, the alleged stolen motorcycle has been recovered by the police from the hotel of Wakil at Bairgachi chowk. The petitioner is in custody since 17.10.2016. Keeping in view the period of custody spent by the petitioner, the prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Araria P.S.Case No. 672 of 2016 ( G.R.
