ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 05-10-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsels appearing on behalf of the informant and the State. The petitioners being Dewar, father-in-law, mother-inlaw and unmarried Nanads of the deceased lady are apprehending their arrest in connection with Rajpur P.S.Case No. 66 of 2015 registered under Sections 304B, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Earlier case diary was called for in the present case which has since been received.

After perusal of the entire materials on the record and considering the statement of the sister of the deceased being wife

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28979 of 2015 (3) dt.05-10-2015 of petitioner No.1, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. The prayer is rejected.
