The petitioner seeks bail in Nautan P.S. Case No. 131 of 2020, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 457, 354(A), 379 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. As per the prosecution case, this petitioner is alleged to have tried to outrage the modesty of informant. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that though the alleged occurrence is said to have taken place on 21.08.2020, but the FIR was lodged on 26.08.2020 after delay of six days without any plausible explanation. There is case and counter. The present case is counter version of Nautan PS Case No.130 of 2020 which was lodged by this petitioner against informant and his family members. Petitioner claims clean antecedent and he is in custody since 06.07.2020. Investigation
