However, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this interlocutory application to enable the full brother of the deceased petitioner to make an application before the licensing authority for grant of firearm licence as it is stated that full brother of the deceased petitioner has been acquitted of the criminal charges.

Accordingly, I.A. No.3912 of 2016 is dismissed as withdrawn.
